419?

So I live and do most of my training in Toledo, Ohio and it’s our Area Code. Pretty simple, right? Not that in this day and age an area code means much with cell phones and all, but in Toledo, especially in the running community, there is a huge campaign to promote running and shopping local. And 419 is tied to many of the campaigns.
